The Building Hope Project is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of veterans, older adults, and others in local communities. The organization partners with community groups to help individuals maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Through practical assistance, compassionate outreach, and meaningful connections, it helps reduce isolation and foster well-being. Building Hope Project strives to be a source of hope, encouragement, and support for those it serves.

Go Team Therapy Dogs
Go Team Therapy Dogs brings highly trained therapy dogs to hospitals, nursing homes, airports, crisis situations, and other settings where comfort is needed. Every therapy dog completes rigorous training, including passing an AKC-approved Good Canine Citizenship test. The organization believes in the unique ability of therapy dogs to provide emotional support and create meaningful human connections. Through its volunteer teams, Go Team Therapy Dogs helps bring comfort, compassion, and healing to communities across the country and beyond.

Night to Shine
Night to Shine began in 2015 and has grown into a worldwide movement that celebrates more than 100,000 individuals with special needs each year. Held on the Friday before Valentine’s Day, the event provides a prom experience centered on love, joy, and inclusion, ensuring that every guest feels valued and celebrated. Ten Mile Christian Church serves as the local host and organizer, bringing this special event to the community while supporting honored guests and their families. The program has also inspired additional initiatives that create opportunities for year-round connection, belonging, and impact.

Purses with a Purpose Boise
Every month, Purses with a Purpose Boise responds to more than 400 requests from local crisis centers, homeless shelters, and domestic violence shelters. The organization provides donated purses filled with approximately $25 worth of essential feminine and hygiene products. More than just practical items, these purses offer dignity, confidence, and encouragement to women facing difficult circumstances. By meeting immediate needs, the organization helps recipients focus on rebuilding their lives with hope and support.

Skate Life
Skate Life recognizes the powerful influence skateboarding has on youth culture and the need for positive adult mentorship within the skateboarding community. The organization builds authentic relationships with skaters, meeting them where they are in their personal and spiritual journeys. Through mentorship, example, and community, Skate Life shares the message of Jesus Christ in meaningful and relatable ways. Its mission is to inspire personal growth, transformed lives, and lasting hope among young people.
